Serdar Şişman is a graduate of the Industrial Design Department at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts. Since 2010, he has been working as an independent designer based in Istanbul, providing design services for companies and private clients within the premium and luxury segments. His work spans a wide range of disciplines, including yacht exterior and interior design, product design, and concept vehicle design.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous professionals from different fields, and several of the projects he has contributed to have received international design awards and been featured in various publications. His interdisciplinary experience brings a calm, refined, and long-lasting character to his designs. He approaches the design process by considering aesthetics, manufacturability, and usage scenarios together, while placing particular emphasis on the role of design in brand positioning and perceived value.

At different stages of his career, he served as a co-founder and lead exterior designer in a multi-disciplinary yacht design studio, and has also been involved as a partner and investor in various initiatives and ventures. Today, he continues his work independently from his Istanbul-based studio, focusing primarily on yacht exterior and interior design, while also offering product and vehicle design as well as creative design consultancy services to individuals and organizations that regard design as a strategic value.

In each project, we collaborate closely with our clients to translate vision into tangible, refined and meaningful products. Our approach balances aesthetics, functionality, producibility and commercial reality, with a strong focus on positioning products within the premium and luxury segments.
